I do yoga because: my skin condition.
I've been having psoriasis for 9 years now, and it has changed my life forever.
I had to change the way I was eating and put away all the greasy, unhealthy junk food, oh and also the meat.
At first, it wasn't easy at all... but I am actually happy that it happened to me, because if it wasn't for my skin issue I would of never discovered YOGA.
Stress was also one of the main problems, I had to learn how to let go of things and stay focus on the important stuff or simply to let everything go and come back to it later on.
Yes, my diet helps a lot, but mainly Yoga does it all.
I've learned so much through out my experience, and it's not over yet.
Letting go of the past and enjoying the present moment is the best gift that life has ever given me.
