Cauliflower Burger Fritters

6 large flower heads of raw cauliflower 1 x bunch cilantro 1x med red onion 1 x galic clove 2 x tablespoon tahini 3 x tablespoons raw cashews 4 x tablespoons besam/chickpea flower 2 tablespoons olive oil Pinch of sea salt and grindy pepper to taste Blend all ingredients- and roll into balls Put 4 x tablespoons of raw sesame seeds in bowl and roll balls in seeds Fry in 1 cm oil till browned on outside- flatten with spatula while you cook Serve with a tomato salsa as snack, use in a burger or serve with salad and rice as a light meal
