I love eating salads. This hummus is a great addition to any salad as a meal.Also great with roast vegetables as a dip.

Cannelloni hummus

Serves

Prep Time: 10 mins , Cook Time: nil

PRINT
    1 x tin Cannelloni beans
    1 x tablespoon tahini
    2 x tablespoon olive oil
    1 small garlic clove
    1 x tablespoon water
    Handful of parsley (optional)
    Handful of cashews
    Pinch salt and pepper

    Blend ingredients together to make a delicious alternate hummus
    Serve with salad and brown rice for light meal or with cut up vegetables and corn chips for snack
