Prep Time: 15 min , Cook Time: 10 min

PRINT
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk or nut milk
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 1 tbs ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs vanilla extract or seeds from 1 vanilla bean

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy! Add ice if needed.
