These are amazing healthy snacks for all the family. If you want something sweet, to keep you going on the run these are perfect. Light and filling which I find is the perfect combination

Blissballs for blissful times!

15 balls

Prep Time: 15 mins , Cook Time: No cooking

    Quater cup of cacao powder
    Half cup walnuts
    Half cup almonds
    Half cup cashewrs
    Blend all nuts and cacao till crumbly
    Add 8 fresh dates- or dried if you can't get fresh
    Add 8 dried apricots
    1 x tablespoons goji berries
    1 x tablespoon tahini
    1 x tablespoon maca powder
    1 x tablespoon coconut oil
    Quarter cup shredded coconut
    Blend all ingredients till stiff and wet enough to make small balls
    Place in fridge in sealed container and lasts for weeks
