Nadine Richardson is a mother, qualified childbirth educator, senior doula and yoga teacher of over 13 years. Nadine began fulltime yoga teaching in 1998 after completing a 3-year apprenticeship. She has thoroughly enjoyed teaching to thousands of students around the world. She has facilitated women’s retreats, conferences, sharing circles and workshops for women and teenagers.
